Luiz Siewerdt

Software Engineering focused on architecture, performance and scalability.

I build robust platforms, scalable APIs and refined interfaces — with the rigor of shipping to production.

Landing Pages

A page that works for you — bringing clients from Google and converting those who land from ads.

I build fast, well-ranked landing pages designed to turn visitors into real contacts. The tech behind it is Next.js, but what you see is results.

You show up before the competition

I structure your page so Google understands exactly what you offer and to whom — with technical SEO, schema.org and semantic architecture from day one.

Visitors become leads

Every section is designed to drive the next step: WhatsApp, form or call. I study your market, your area and what your customers search before writing a single line.

Loads fast, even on mobile data

Optimized images, lean code and global delivery. Your customer won’t wait — and Google rewards fast pages with better rankings.

Built to grow after launch

Not a disposable template. It’s a solid foundation with analytics, conversion tracking and a structure that evolves with your business.

What you get

  • A page structured to make clear what you do, why trust you and how to hire you
  • Google ranking configured from delivery — technical and on-page SEO
  • Speed optimized to score well on Google and not lose impatient visitors
  • Images and branding ready for social sharing and WhatsApp
  • Forms, contact buttons and tracking so you know where every lead comes from
  • Responsive layout that works great on mobile, tablet and desktop

Clear scope, timeline and deliverables. No hidden costs, no open-ended quotes.

  3. 03

    Development and reviews

I build the page in 1 to 2 weeks. You follow along in a preview environment and request adjustments before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch and tracking

Site live with analytics, technical SEO configured and Lighthouse 90+ from day one.

About

I started in 2020 as an electronics technician. In 2022 I fell in love with software development while programming microcontrollers in C — and since then I've worked as a full-stack engineer, moving from Junior to Mid-level, focused on backend architecture, multi-tenant SaaS systems and deployment infrastructure.

I work end-to-end — domain modeling, optimized databases, refined frontend and infrastructure under control. Sites delivered to production hold Performance 90+ and SEO 100 on Lighthouse.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before reaching out, you might want to know

How much does a Next.js landing page cost?

Every project is priced case by case based on scope, timeline and integrations (forms, booking, payments, analytics). After an initial chat by email or WhatsApp, I send a proposal with a fixed price.

How long does a project take?

A standard professional landing page is delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. Projects with specific integrations (CRM, booking, payments) can run up to 3 weeks. The schedule is defined in the proposal.

What technologies do you work with?

I build landing pages and applications using Next.js and React on the frontend, Ruby on Rails or Node.js on the backend, PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker. For more complex systems, I also work with multi-tenant SaaS, distributed architecture and performance engineering.

Do you work with clients outside Campo Mourão?

Yes — I work 100% remote, in both Portuguese and English, with clients across Brazil and internationally. Meetings via Google Meet or Zoom; communication through WhatsApp, Slack or email — whichever the client prefers.

How is your landing page different from a template or Wix?

Semantic structure and technical SEO from day one (schema.org, hreflang, Core Web Vitals), custom code with no platform lock-in, Lighthouse 90+ performance and architecture built to evolve. Not a disposable template — it's a solid foundation that you own.

Can I see examples of delivered sites?

Yes — every site in the "Selected Work" section is live and generating leads for local professionals (physiotherapy, dentistry, law). Each card is clickable and leads to the real site.
